At A2Z CRAFT HOUSE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of successful delivery.

If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we may not be able to accept your return or exchange request.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift Cards
• Digital or downloadable products
• Products intentionally damaged after delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Products returned after the return window has expired

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Missing parts

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support.
2. Share your Order ID and reason for return.
3. Our support team will verify your request.
4. Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup or provide return instructions.
5. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund or exchange will be processed.

Return Shipping Charges

A2Z CRAFT HOUSE bears the return shipping cost for approved returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible return requests.

Customers are requested to securely pack the product in its original packaging before handing it over to the courier partner.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time: Within 24 Hours after the returned product passes inspection.

Please note that although we process refunds within 24 hours, banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account depending on their processing timelines.

Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, customers may request a return after delivery if eligible under this policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method.

International Orders

We proudly ship internationally.

International customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Customers should contact us immediately with supporting photographs.

Applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Payment Security

All payments on A2Z CRAFT HOUSE are securely processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment partners.

We do not store your credit card, debit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved if:

• The product has been used after delivery.
• The product is returned without original packaging.
• The return request is made after 7 days.
• The product is intentionally damaged after delivery.
• Required proof of purchase cannot be provided.
